I just signed up on Monday! I need friends! I have 40lbs to lose--20 of which I just gained through some medical procedures! ya it sucks! haha Each day I've been under my calorie intake but over a little in fat, protein and carbs. I need some samples to go off of--I don't know whatI should be eating--I know I need atleast 1200 calories a day. And if you work out those calories are added? So new to this! THANKS--so excited to be here!!!
