So I just have to share, if any of you fellow members live near a wegmans grocery story, go to the natures market section in the bulk food section and they have what are called mixed berry chunks. They're made from tofu base with some sunflower seeds and mixed berries in there (cranberries and blueberries). Delish. However, there's no nutritional label I imagine they can't be that bad right? I log the ingredients individually. They also make carob chunks (chocolate) with almonds. Also phenomenal. Just wanted to share.

If you ask someone at Wegmans I'm sure you could get the nutrition info so you can track more accurately. They are very good about that. (I Wegmans, too!)
Oh, because of the dried fruit, they are probably a bit higher in sugar than you might want, but I assume they are "treats" and not dinner!0 -
