My name is Billy and I just joined the site today. I'm trying to diet again and throwing in some Tae Bo. I would like to be healthier before I turn 30 in September.

    I used to love Tae-Bo my sister and I did the videos all the time. When my sister lived in CA she went to his studio and took class with him and it kicked her *kitten* :) Great workout. Good luck!
