Hello Everyone,
My name is Carin and I started my fitness and health journey mid-March of this year. I have been trying for a while now to get on track but it is always difficult when you have not been active all along. I am about 40 days into my journey and I am happy to report I have lost around 11 lbs and 7 1/2 inches off my body. I am feeling fantastic. My addiction is High Intensity Interval Training, resistance bands, yoga, and walking. I have also changed my eating habits. I am choosing whole grains, fruits, vegetables and the ocassional treat. I truly hope that I can contunue with my journey. I am very happy to have found this wonderful site to share my accomplishments as well as helping others with theirs.
