1. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical without having to stop to gasp for breath.

2. I touched the outside of my right foot with my left hand during stretching - and my left foot with my right hand!

3. I know what it feels like to feel bloated during TOM - more importantly to not feel bloated when it isn't TOM.

4. As I was leaving the elliptical machine, I glanced down at the magazines. The one on top was a photo of Dr. Oz and it said, "Lose ten pounds in 4 weeks." And I thought - I lost 11 in 6 - close enough. Thanks, MFP!!!
