Fresh Fruit Frosties
I saw this in the BJ's Member Journal and it looked SO good!
Fresh Fruit Frosties
Serves 4
2 C chopped fresh fruit
1 T sugar (I am sure you could substitute with Splenda)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Place 1 1/2 cups of fruit in blender with sugar and lemon juice. Cover and pulse until smooth
Add remaining fruit and pulse; then switch setting to "chop" and pulse twice. Mixture will be mostly
smooth with small lumps of fruit
Pour into 4 oz. paper cups or molds and insert sticks
Freeze until solid, at least 1 hour
