High Insulin

Does anyone else have high insulin? I mentioned to my doctor at my last yearly appointment that I couldn't drop any weight. She had me go in for blood work and it came back that I have higher than normal levels of insulin. I'm on medication right now and I'm actually doing really well. I just wanted to know if anyone else was out there with this and how you are dealing with it. Thanks!!
