People are always asking me questions about fitness. Two reasons: 1) I’m an editor at the world’s largest health and fitness magazine; 2) they think I’m the other Bill Phillips.
Truth is, I’m no fitness expert, but I’ve been at the magazine long enough to play one at cocktail parties:

When you start to lose weight then you should do an effective weight lose plan, start in daily workouts every morning and eat foods that less in calories. It is also advisable to join Yoga and Aerobic classes.0

I was wondering recently about the whole calories burned during weights... I'd been using a site similar to this before & none of my strength training exercises ever (apparently) burned any calories, so I started to focus more on my jogging instead! but logically you're still MOVING, still huffing and puffing to some degree!
