dieting ADD

well helloooooo there

I've been half-heartedly using the site for a bit now, but I'm thinking it's time to get serious! Whenever I start a diet/plan/etc I just switch it up before I dedicate or see results. Diet ADD.
I've gained 20ish pounds over the last two years that I would love to get rid of. I think having 3 jobs plus school added up (ya think?) so basically in my free time I would just sleep or eat. Now that I'm back to a regular, manageable schedule I want to put the effort forth to do well and be well!

So, end me a message now and again telling me to WORK HARD :)

    Hey there! This is a great site for keeping yourself accountable. Even on days you go over your calorie count, log it! Consistent tracking is the key to making progress, I've found, and having a group of friends to root for you helps a lot too! So, WORK HARD, it's worth it! Best Regards.
