Then I would highly recommend Billy Blank's "This is Tae Bo". If you have done Tae Bo before, this one feels like it's in double time. I started using Tae Bo about 8 years ago and this one is by far the most challenging in terms of keeping up with the cardio. I think it runs about 47 min long and does have a tutorial if you aren't familiar w/kickbocking moves.
