Teriyaki Chicken (please forgive me if this is a repost)

I have a collection of lower calorie dishes that I pull from when I want to try something new, and I can't remember where I found this recipe (it may have been here, so if you originally posted this, please know that I loved the recipe and am posting it so others can use it!) And if it didn't originally come from here...well, I found it somewhere else online and hope you enjoy it! Hehe

TERIYAKI CHICKEN MAKES 4 SERVINGS

1/3 c oil
3 tbl vinegar
1 tsp mccormick italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbl soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

place chicken in ziploc bag and our remaining ingredients over chicken marinate for 30 minutes grill chicken 10-14 minutes or until done

PROTEIN 26
FAT 9
CHOLESTROL 66
SODIUM 176

  • that sounds good,.... thats the worst part about all this i'll get a craving for something and i either don't have it in house or its somethin i reeeeeaaallly shouldn't eat any way.... i miss my yummy junk food:sad:
