Motivational Music

Options
So when I'm at the gym I tend to listen to my Ipod.

It gives me a distraction from watching the time slowly going past and a beat to work out to.

Do you listen to music while you work out and do you have any recommendations of motivational songs I can add to my Ipod??

I love Drop Kick Murphys. I prefer loud pumping music. OR I hook up to the WiFi and Pandora and search "house music" then I'm running to just straight music/beats. Kind of nice to step outside the box.

I love listening to Usher when running. His beats and high energy music always get me to push myself a little harder! :)

My playlist consists of a lot of music with no lyrics or non-English lyrics- that way I don't get caught up in what verse is where and whether or not the song has ended.
    Some music I have....
