Okay, so I am rather busty 36/38 G/GG depending on the shop, my question si to other busty ladies, what do you find to be the best sports bras. I tend to find it difficult to breath with the ladies bouncing around so much!!

At the moment I have a Shock Absorber, which is okay for running, but doesn't work so well when doing my 30 day shred dvd, what with all the junping!!

Any suggestions??

Thanks

I'm also top heavy (which is evidenced in my pix, lol). I wear a regular bra with a sports bra over it. Sorry I don't have any specific suggestions.

Marks and Spencers do good sports bras, and they fit them to you too.

Also, when jumping, I wear a normal bra, with the sports bra over the top

i have a sports bra which has a clip on the back straps you clip together for extra taughtness. then i wear a really tight top over that to squoosh the ladies down more. then i put my normal work out tshirt over that.

I use and Enell -- which just recently bought -- and I love it. I can do a friggin jumping jack without all that pressure on my neck and my back...and my front. LOL I love it already. Sometimes I wear a Danskin tank over top just for a little extra hold, but really I don't need it.

Freya Active sports bras are really good - other than my HRM it's the best thing I've bought.
