Aerobics querie

Now the most excersise i do is walking so this will be a new thing for me, got a fab fast pace aerobis dvd which i wana start using today. Few questions on it first..

1. How long shoudl i be doing it?
2. How many times a week?
3. Whens the best time of day to do it?

    How long is the Dvd? I would do it 3 times per week to start and see how you get on. Don think it matters what time you do it. I like to do it in the morning so its done. (I sometimes cant be bothered at night)x

    To reap any benefit you should workout at an elevated heart rate for 30 minutes. You can do cardio 7 days a week but should try to do it at least 5 days a week (or 150 minutes total per week). Best time of day is any time that fits into your schedule. If your schedule is flexible, first try it early mornings, then try it in early afternoon, and see which one works "better." Meaning, which time do you have the energy to really perform at higher intensity.
