P90x Insanity Combo?

Currently, I am using a combination of P90x and Insanity as my workouts. For almost two weeks my workouts have been like:

Monday: P90x-Chest and Back (1hr)
Tuesday: P90x-Plyometrics (1hr)
Wednesday: P90x Shoulders and Arms

(These are the actual order for phase 1 P90x)

Thursday : Insanity Max Cardio
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: Insanity Max Interval Circuit
Sunday: Max Interval Plyo

This week I also got up in the mornings and completed an additional 30 min elliptical program, which indicates that I burn between 500-530 calories. Then proceeded with my workout as outlined above.
So far I have lost about 6 lbs. I just started using myfitness so its not logged in. Also I noticed that there seems to be no estimate of p90 and Insanity workouts, I know its different for everyone, but would still like an estimate on myfitness. I documented some basic workouts, but don't think its actually getting calorie counts.

Anyway, I appreciate comments and suggestions on actual workouts and how to maximize use of myfitnesspal.

Thanks!

The best thing is to invest in a good HRM with a chest strap that calculates calories burned. I have a Polar FT7 and love it.

Almost two weeks. That set was just a sample of what I did each week.

How was your P90x and Insanity Journey? Is a hybrid better? What type of schedule do you do with the combination?
