Hello everyone !
I'm once again trying to get back into shape and lead a healthier lifestyle ! Lets hope this is the last time of trying and I stick to it !
Yesterday I went on the cross trainer and Burnt 100 calories, (I didnt much like this equipment)
Today I went on the rowing machine and burnt a further 100 Calories !
I feel this isnt enough but I get exhausted , I havent had physical acitivty like this for a good few months apart from the normal walking... Is this good enough for a start ?
I need a bit of motivation from others !?

Any activity at all is good if you havent been active in a while, but you have to realize your body is not used to it. Little by little day by day you will see that your body will be able to handle more and more. To stay motivated make small goals like today im going to burn 150 calories and the next day or week say 200 and so on, you will see it will get easer just give it some time0

It truly gets easier and you'll have more energy! You'll want to and feel like doing more. Gradually work your way up!0

Thankyou both, I think its because when I was doing fitness and things before I could do it for a hour or more and burn anything from 250-600 calories depending what I was doing !
Suppose I need to realise my body isnt capable just yet of this but if I work at it I will be !

When I first started I bought a stationary bike. The first time I got on it I could barely ride 5 minutes. Two months later I ride for 40 minutes at a higher level and faster speed. Each time just push yourself for a little longer or harder. Gradually build up. You will be burning hundreds of calories per session in no time. Great for you on getting started.0
