:laugh: I am new to this site. In fact, my Dr recommended it for me...I am frustrated though. I am doing this for about 3 weeks now...I am at my calories intake or a little below every day and I am exercising every day and have not lost a single pound...what, oh what am I doing wrong!!

    Welcome and good luck on your journey. If you log on everyday and are honest with your diary, you'll see results. Watch portions and Processed foods. Think about what your eating before you make it. Make the planning fun and find healthy recipes and snack.
    I go on dlife.com for healthy recipes. But if you post a topic asking for recipes you will get so many suggestions. Don't DRINK your calories, I switched to water and save all my calories for healthy eating. Lean Meats, Beans, Fruits, Veggies, Whole Grain Low cal Breads. Sara Lee has a healthy low calorie bread that lets you still have sandwich without killing your whole day. Just watch what you put on it. Portion is key.
