Biggest Loser for Wii?

Does anyone do the Biggest Loser for Wii game? I have been doing it for quite a while and love (well it is more of a love/ hate feeling, lol). But Idk about the number of calories it burns. I have been logging it here under "Calisthenics home, light/ moderate effort" and adjust the time til I get the calories that the game says that workout burned. But that number seems kind of low. Like today, the workout was 39 min and the game said it burned 103 cal, so I entered it here as 23 min of calisthenics to get 103 cals--39 min would have been 186 cals. I don't have a HRM, but I know I sweated my butt of for 39 min and I feel like I work harder doing the BL workouts than other things that burn more calories.

    Personally I would rather hve an under-estimate of calories burned than an overestimate. I manipulate my numbes on MFP to less than what it gives me for a workout initially. Without having an HRM (and those aren't perfect either) it is going to be a best-guess either way.

    I agree...since starting here, I have always tried to stay well under my cal goal in case my estimations are off. But I feel like my weight loss is grinding to a halt (I lost 2, 2, 2, 1, and prob 0 when weigh in tomorrow each week), so I am trying to take a close look at everything and figure out where I need to adjust.
