Are rice noodles bad for you?

So for lunch today im going to have a weight watchers smart ones meal. They are relatively low in calories and they have actual real chicken in them which is important to me but better than that, the flavor is really good too with a little spicy kick. My question is, ive cut out carbs almost all week and feel good, what about rice noodles? Are they any better than regular noodles or spaghetti?

Watch the sodium in those meals, it is usually outrageous!

I also keep a stock of "tv dinners" in the freezer. I try not to eat them too much but I like the taste and the nutrition label for most of Amy's bowls. I just add some protein with a shake or mix in a good protein source.

Yes, rice noodles are better for you than regular or spaghetti.

Alot of asian cusine is based around these type of noodles and they are healthy

Thanks! The sodium is decently low so thats good. I dont eat these all the time but I have eaten eggs everyday this week so needed a change! They are good to keep in the freezer, and the one im eating is delicious for a low calorie frozen dinner
