I was go excited and totally motivated to reach my goal by Mother's Day. I had a plan to do the 30 day shred and it would have put me finishing the day before. I am not super worried about my weight...wow it does sound nice to say that...lol. I just feel like I am going through a lot right now and exercising and the deligent calorie counting is almost too much.

My hair is falling out and I look sad. I feel like I have been sick non stop for the last 2 weeks and I just don't feel well. It feels so odd I went from feeling like I could conquer the world with tons of energy and now I feel blah. I dread exercise, I am sad because I don't want to fail but how can I give exercise 110% if I feel like such poo.

Do I back off for a couple of days and rest or push through. I am afraid that if I rest it might be my downfall but if I push through maybe I am making matters wrose.

I need outside perspective.

I am 33 years old and recently had my thyroid and iron checked and all came back fine.
I am 6lbs from my goal weight of 130lbs and have lost 34lbs since March of 2010. I have been on and off several times. I do so well for a month or 2 then slip up then get back to it. I am at the lowest weight I have been at since 2004. Maybe it is because I am sort of ok where I am now with my weight. I mean if I never lost another pound I would be fine but it would be nice to tone up a bit, arggg I am just not feeling it right now.

HELP!

I tried looking at your food diary but it is locked. Maybe the reason you feel so bad and that your hair is falling out is that you are not eating enough and are lacking nutrients. I do believe some people cut calories to drastically. Not saying you have just can't see your diary to know. I do know this. When I am feeling bad and hungry and totally like poo I eat more and feel better. Albeit eating more I do try for something nutritious rather than empty calories. I also will have a few rest days too if I feel bad enough. The important thing to do is listen to your body let it lead you in the direction it needs to go. If you feel like you need a rest then rest. If you feel like you need to eat eat. etc etc. Just my 2p worth.

Hang in there. It sounds like you are stressed and perhaps your body wants more calories. Remember this isn't just about losing weight, it is a life style change so look at other things you have accomplished. you are working out regularly. Your are getting both cardio and muscles in shape. You are setting goals and working towards meeting them. look at come NSV for inspiration and keep going.

I get that way also and am sure many of us do. Hang in there you will come around. What I do when I get to feeling that way I go and get another excersise DVD or some walking sticks or a new excersise outfit to get me back in the groove. It always works for me it is kind of a reward. It makes me feel better :flowerforyou:

Thanks my recommended intake is 1560 calories and I always eat most if not all exercise calories. I don't think I am eating too little since I have been eating more then I have in a long time. I was at 1200 then 1320 and mid march I went up to 1560. Maybe vitamins but I do take a multi vitamin as well.

I just feel blah..maybe it is the weather or this achy head and sore throat I can't seem to shake.

Maybe after Easter I will get in some shopping therapy :) Thanks.
