Im aiming to burn 3500 calories a week but in my "goal" the target is only 1700. I know sometimes you are suppose to eat your exercise calories back. If Im burning around 600 calories each workout around how many calories should I be consuming a day??

Everyone is different. You need to find the combination that works best for you, but NEVER go under 1200.

I usually try to do half - i want to both refuel/repair and keep my deficits. I just make sure when i eat it back its a good protein/carb mix.

I would think around 1800 the 1200+600. That's IF you are doing 1 600cal workout daily.

Watch your NET CALORIES. As a general rule, you shouldn't drop below 1200. You're body slows down your metabolism in order to "survive". I am no expert, so please research this more for yourself. I have learned, however, from experience, that if you drop below this number (and everyone is different so you might need to adjust for yourself) you will probably stop losing. In addition to that you might just start feeling crappy! You're body needs fuel to run efficiently. Check out these wonderful links. Full of GREAT info. Good luck to you!

How tall are you? I don't know if this will help or not. I am burning around 700 calories with my workout program. (I do Beachbody Slim in 6) I consume between 1200-1350 following the meal plan. I don't log my exercise or eat back my calories. It works for me, but I was also told with an intense workout program my height and weight should be intaking around 1500. You could always go up to tools and use the BMR calculator, it will tell you approximately what your intake should be.
