That I didn't want to put my weight in today? I lost 2 pounds since last check-in, but I have been at this weight before and I don't want to put it in because I don't want to be disappointed if next week I step on the scale and it's back up to what it was before. Is that messed up or what?

I can totally relate hunny! I usually wait until I can maintain the lower weight for at least 2 days. (I weigh myself almost every day). AND...if I am up one day, I don't count it. But...if I stay up for a few days, then I do. It's not cheating!

I'm doing the exact same thing, at weigh in this morning I was down three pounds, but that has happened before and as soon as I log it I gain it back then have to fix my profile. I think I'm going to wait until the end of the week, if I'm still down then I'll log it!!

I did the same thing, weighted a pound less this morning but it's the first time I have seen that weight in a LONG time so, rather wait until I see it a couple more times.

Not bad --- it's your motivation. :flowerforyou:
