I love omlettes. I take 2 eggs, a slice of Borden's Chipotle Cheddar Cheese and mix in some ham and veggies and can keep it under 300 calories. (I use onions, roasted peppers, jalapenoes, and mushrooms and I cook them in the pan first, remove then add the eggs and once they are cooked add back the ham, veggies and cheese.)0
