I just came across this website while searching online for P90X schedules. The Excel spreadsheets that he has created are AWESOME!

Note: I am in no way affiliated with BeachBody (other than I purchase their DVDs), nor am I affiliated in any way with whoever owns/runs the website I just posed a link to. I just think the spreadsheets are great, because you can punch in your own start date and it customizes everything for you.
