So i had to make a quick emergency decision about food today. i was going to get a pits and the pita place was CLOSED!!! :noway: being on a strict time crunch i went to the only other place available... DQ :devil: I got the Chicken strips not even thinking about them being deep fried and went wwwaaayyyyy over on my sodium and calories... calories i'm not too worried about as i will kick my own butt in the workout room later for it! but the sodium. WOW I'm curious as to how i should try to correct this "problem" i plan to drink massive amounts of water today but anything else i can do?

I think drinking a ton of water is the only way to really flush it out. And don't weigh yourself today! Haha0
