Hey everybody,

Well, I joined almost a year ago and unfortunately didn't do too well with keeping up on the site. I didn't do to good exercising either. Go figure. However, I am gearing up to start again. I am doing a rededication of will on Beltane, and am planning on not giving myself any slack. So plan to see me around!

There are so many people here doing so amazingly well, I hope some of their awesomeness rubs off on me. Good luck everybody!

    We all have had our ups and downs. The important thing is that you will be giving it another try. I find it very helpful to have friends on MFP to keep me motivated. It wont be easy and you might stumble once in a while but as long as you keep trying you will get to were you want to be. Good Luck and if you need a friend feel free to add me.

    Goodluck. Ive been on here for three weeks and have dropped about 8lbs. With a couple of days a week off without exercise. Im am so happy with the results and tracking my food. Im gonna keep it up and step up on exercise. It makes me feel fantastic. Adding you as a friend.

    Yay! I wish I had some real shoes on, I feel like going for a walk right now. I guess I need to invest in some sunscreen so I can be out and active.

    Maybe I will walk in the weird shoes... But breakfast first!
