Instead of logging my exercise as I go, I'm going to make a note of everything I do & then add it in when I'm just about to go to bed. Hopefully this will help me not eat my exercise calories & or go over

well that's probably not a good idea if you burn a lot of calories, cause you will need to eat at least some of it back.0

Ya. The thing is I usually eat not only my exercise calories back but then some. I eat A LOT. I think maybe i I do it this way then I'll be less likely to binge on calories? I dunno just an idea I'm toying with trying for the week.0 -
