HELP!

Hi, I am officially stuck in the 130lb weight range. What's worst is I had dropped to 126 and then, after a cruise jumped to 132 dropped to 130 after starting the diet again and then joined crossfit only to gain 3 lbs!! I LOVE Crossfit but get very hungry and am frustrated as I don't know how many calories I am burning per WOD. I get very hungry and am eating about 1500 calories per day thus exceeding my goal of 200 by 300. any pointers? PLEASE help!

It sounds to me as if you're gaining muscle weight. If this is the case, muscle causes your body to consume calories faster.
Are your clothes feeling looser or are they still comfortable? If your clothes aren't getting tighter due to fat gain, you're going in the right direction.0
