I like water but it is so much easier to drink when a crystal light/great value packet is added. Is this bad to do?

It's only bad if you are one of those paranoid about artificial sweeteners. It won't slow down weight loss and if it's not giving you headaches or anything, why not?

    Agreed ^^^^

ALL my water contains 1 package of Nestea Iced Tea..Only 5 calories and sooo yummy. I would NOT get my water in any other way this way I often have tons and have even questioned if it is too much!

Just add the 5 cals a packet :0) I also LOVE Mi0 and its 0 cal. But my son loves it too so that makes life interesting!

It is still water as long as no sugar, carbonation or caffiene. And again if you are not worried about artifical sweetners if so, they are other options.

I only think it's bad for me personally, cause I theorize that all the fakey sugar triggers my migraines. D:

I hope it's okay because it is getting me much closer to my water goals than I normally would be. Normally I drink diet soda. My son works at a bottled water company and gets it for next to nothing. I have been adding flavor packets with fiber and with calcium and drinking them instead of soda, so not only am I getting more water, but I am also getting more fiber and calcium as well. I have always needed more fiber and now that my mom has been diagnosed with osteoperosis, I have decided that I better be more diligent about getting my calcium. I know real food is better, but I am thinking that these packets can be real helpful in filling in the gaps.
