i need some help for loosing weight.!!!!! ive been trying to loose weight for the past 5 weeks. My weight keeps on going up and then coming down. etc. But now ive noticed that my weight is staying the same. I feel like i havent been doing enough exercise..lately ive been sitting on my butt all day infront of the computer. im in school vacation.
i just need help with ways to get ideas of how to stop eating so much, and getting more exercise.

You can break down your exercising by doing several 10 mins. throughout the day . You don't have to do your exercising all at once, it still adds up and shows up in a positive way.0

I chew gum and drink lots of water. Also I found Turnips they take forever to eat and are really really low in calories.0
