KK so I just weighed in, and I dropped .8 lbs. Last week I dropped 10.6, which I know some of that was water weight. BUT... I am coing elliptical 20 min, treadmill at 3.3 for 35-45 minutes Monday through Thursday... Should I not have dropped at least a little more than .8 lbs? Whats going on, where am I wrong at?

Are you eating all your workout calories or at least a good portion of them

As Jillian Michaels on the Biggest Loser says, you always lose less, sometimes gain, during the second week so you really have to work harder and watch what you eat more. It's your plateau

It's healthy to only lose 1-2lbs a week. Last week was definitely water weight. Don't get discouraged too quickly. You'll have great weeks where you lose a lot, and others where you gain a bit for no reason. You've lost over 10lbs already! in 2 weeks! That's amazing, so don't let this week get you down! :)

Same problem here, but I don't work out as much as you and gained 5 pounds in one weekend. But I kept at it and have lost those 5 pounds and ready to loose the rest! I love reading the motivational support on this site!
