Ok so after 3 weeks of no change in weight (in the right direction), it has caused me to believe that I must be doing something wrong. This may possibly have something to do with little cheats here and there amd possible inaccuracy in my diary. I have decided that I need to invest in some tools that will assist me in being accountable. This is where you, my wonderful, supportive MFPeeps come in. Please tell me your favorite/best/decently priced HRMs and food scales. Time for this little cheater to be a little more honest

Just purchased "The Biggest Loser" food scale on Amazon.com for $18.00, so far it's working great & it's kinda pretty too!0

I just have a regular, no frills food scale and it works fine. I like that mine can switch from grams to ounces, so maybe keep that in mind when you choose one. Also, see what the weight limit is in case you plan on weighing anything heavy.. just a thought And pick one that's easy to clean!! Lol.0

I have a Polar FT4 HRM, it's awesome, super accurate and has the chest strap. Bought it for $89 for Best Buy. I have the Sharper Image food scale, I like it, it's your basic scale. You can use grams or oz. Got it at Bed Bath & Beyond for $29 with 20% discount.0
