What is your favorite protein smoothie?

With the price of fuel sooo high...my frequent trip to Smoothie King has lessened.

Instead I started to make my own...here is an easy favorite I drink as a snack after strength training:

8 oz lowfat 1% or skim milk

3 FROZEN stawberries (I wash and freeze whole containers at time and keep em in my freezer)

1 scoop EAS Soy Protein Powder - Vanilla

Blend in magic bullet 1 min. You could prob use a blender if necessary.

Wow...tastes like yummy strawberry cake and has 29 grams of protein!!

    can i ask u the benifit of protein powder since i eat a lot of protein and am always over on the alloted daily allowance so was wondering if it is okay to also have a protein smoothie?

    Chocolate Apex protien powder, half of a banana, ice, water and peanut butter!

    Tastes just like a peanut butter cup.

    *you can use skim milk if you like it creamier

    My favorite is:

    1 scoop ProBlend 55 Alpine Vanilla protein mix
    2 tablespoons sugar free banana cream pudding mix
    1/2 cup crushed ice
    8-10 oz. cold water

    Add it all in a blender, give it a whirl - pour, wait a minute for it to thicken up then enjoy! It's delicious.
