I am 174cm tall - weigh 106kgs and have just used the tool to look at my BMI - tells me 34.7 - there is a caution note that disclaims due to muscle tissue - is there a way too look at this - I used to do lots of weights and in my late teens I moved from being 70kg to 100kg for sports purposes. Lots of this muscle mass - especially on my legs. how do i factor in muscle to get a better idea as to my BMI - I am targeting 85kg as my weight - yet if i enter this in the tool it still says I am overweight . Any suggestions ?

Only way to know for sure is to have your BMI professionally tested. There's no accurate way to figure it out on the interwebs.0
