I have never joined a site like this. I would love to have on-line friends supporting me. I need to lose another 70 lbs. Blah!

    Welcome to MFP! I am with you on the scared but ready! I love this site, I have actually got family on here that I share support with. It's nice to have such a wealth of people, men and women with whom to hear encouragement from!
