Hello! I'm new to this site but I am loving it! I'm serious about getting healthy and losing weight. This is really making a huge difference for me by being able to keep track of what I'm eating. And......I love the fact that I can put a recipe in and it will give me all the nutritional info I need. I am trying to loose at least 70 lbs!

    Thanks everyone! Need all the support I can get. Any suggestions or tips that have worked/haven't worked for y'all in the past would be great!

    I'm not exercising but I do plan to start. I can't really afford a gym membership right now but I have a workout I ordered from Beachbody. Turbo Jam. I have had it for a few years and done it a few times and really enjoyed it but just haven't worked out consistently. I'm going to start working out at least 3 times a week and hopefully 4 if everything goes well. :happy:
