My highest weight was 206 (depicted in the before pics). I am currently 161. I started out a size 18 and am now in a 12. Started MFP at 200 in September 2010

    What do your work out routines consist of ??

    I run 2-4 times per week depending on how my knees are feeling and I do a boot camp class on Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays. I also try to run at least one 5K race per month. This Saturday is my 3rd 5K since March 26th! Time to beat is 31:22!!!
