Sedentary or Low-Activity Life style?

I was thinking about what I should put for my lifestyle activity level.... I have it as the lightest activity level as I am not in sports. I do weight training three times a week and also walk around all day twice a week for 8 hour classes. But its not more then most people so I'm not sure if I'm still considered sedentary or moderately active on this website? I just want to be acurate!

 I think that unless you are sitting all day and not mocing at all, you would be sedentary. By your description of what you do durign the week I would say you are moderatly active. I originally had myself as sedentary because I have a desk job but after tracking how many step I take each day, changed it to moderalty active. I am up and walking around the office more than I thought

Don't include your weight training workouts as part of your lifestyle. Log those using MFP's exercise tab. The system will add calories to your base total to account for exercising. Walking around all day twice a week is a tougher decision. What is your activity lifestyle the other 5 days? If it's more sedentary then I would choose sedentary.

I'm always walking around everywhere but don't do it back to back like school. The other days I'm more out and about randomly like going to the library or doing errands. I'm just not sweating unless I'm at the gym.
