We are going to a wedding tomorrow and i am really worried about the meal..I think i might have become a bit obsessed about counting calories and logging them but i dont know what i am going to do tomorrow. I have been looking forward to it and want to enjoy it but i know that i will feel guilty after and want to go for a run or something stupid after! lol. god i never thought i would be like this but my whole way of thinking has changed. any advice?

What you've written proves that what you're doing isn't a "diet", it's about learning what is good for you and what you need to eat less of. One day off wont destroy that, or undo your hard work. It's one day, enjoy it. Refuse the cake if you want too, or have a smaller piece, eat until you're full but not stuffing yourself, and take it as a day out of the calorie counting.
Part of a healthy lifestyle is being able to let go every now and again.0 -
Enjoy the day - you've been looking forward to it - one day won't knock you off!0

Don't forget, dancing is a great calorie burner!! Most weedings I've been to have sometype of salad and a decent protien option such as chicken, although you may need to push some high calorie sauce off of it
good luck and have a great time!
