Okay I recently discovered turkey pepperoni. It is a great alternative and a lot healthier too!

The brand I bought was Hormel...it's in with the regular pepperoni0 -

Here is the recipe for you my dear!!!! It's really easy to make and it's delicious! Of course you can subsitute below for fat free or low fat and of course, turkey pepperoni!!!!
** I also leave out the butter and parmesan cheese that goes on the crust and it's still wonderful
Ingredients
10 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
7 pieces mozzarella string cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
20 slices pepperoni
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons butter, melted
parmesan cheese
Directions
1Heat oven to 425*.
2Grease 13x9x2 inch pan.
3Unroll dough and press in bottom and 1 inch up sides of greased pan.
4Place pieces of string cheese along the inside edges of dough.
5Fold the 1 inch of dough over and around the cheese; press dough edges to seal.
6Brush edge with melted butter and parmesan cheese.
7Top the crust with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
8Bake at 425* for 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

I once tried some Turkey Pastrami from my local deli... and it was terrible! The taste was just awful, I ended up giving to my dog, and he wasn't thrilled about it either, lol :grumble:0

Those are the nutritional facts that I found on the recipe site, it probably differs with the ingredients that you prefer to use0 -
