Weighing whole fish

Any ideas how I work out what weight of fish I'm eating if I cook it whole with head, tail and bones?

only thing I can think of is weighing the whole thing then weighing the bones after you eat it and subtracting that0

hmm, why didn't I think of that!
I'll have it at lunch time and see what happens. At dinner I like to know what I'm eating first, because then I can balance out the veg and potatos etc, and any yogurt for dessert. But fish at lunch is good for today0
