Usually a banana, or if I'm going to the gym at lunch time I'll have half my lunch about 30 mins before I go (so 45 mins before working out), and then the rest when I get back.

I do preworkout a protien bar by PURE PROTIEN about an hour before. Sometime I drink Extend during a cardio workout. Extend is a drink that helps you power through your intense cardio.

You should follow my blog Hey all! As someof you know I am a personal trainer (who's been through weightloss and is still going!) and I have just started a blog! http://torquefitness.blogspot.com/ giving out free advise and anwsering questions about fitness. Once a week I will be posting quick calorie burning, fat busting workouts! Plus bragging on alot of product such as supplments that I love!
  • An apple and a strong coffee with milk. Carbs, protein + caffeine = super powered workout! :)

jack3d, 1MR, Amino Energy, Black Powder, Banana and such.
With the supplement industry not being regulated and last years article on the arsnecs and metals in some protein powders I only use Optimum Nutrition Portein Powders.
  • Low fat string cheese, apple with peanut butter, greek yogurt or almonds. Lots of pre-workout water!
