I am trying to lose weight in order to conceive my second child.

At my doctors appointment in Oct I weighed 100kg (15st 10lbs ish).
I started my diet in the second week in Jan, but had lost a little in the meantime.
At the end of Jan I weighed 94kg at the doctors.

Yesterday when i went i weighed 86kg. So 13st 8lb. I have lost 2 stone 2lb.
Ok not fantastic compared to some people in that time scale, but i havent been perfectly good all the time and have had treat days where i've eaten lots. We still have the occasional take away etc.

Found being able to monitor calories etc on here really good. And if i go over a day then i just start a fresh the next day and forget about the day before.
