I will be honest, i am shamelessly looking for encouragement here. I don't think i've ever fallen so far off the wagon!

My Granddad was admitted to hospital last Monday night, Wednesday they found a large tumor on his brain. They operated Monday night and yesterday we received the results back. The operation was almost a complete success, they removed a hefty chunk of the tumor, although not all of it. The bad news is that the tumor is grade four and malignant.

Its the beginning of a long journey for him and all of my family and finding the motivation to get back on the diet is really hard at the moment. I've just been eating when i get time, or when i'm upset just to try and take my mind off it. I know theres not alot anyone can say about this, i just need some help changing my lifestyle again.

I hope all your journeys are going successfully and you're all enjoying the warm weather!

I'm sorry to hear about your family situation. A lifestyle change with stress can be difficult. I would recommend that when you do eat you eat healthy. Or maybe start from the beginning again...eat one healthy thing a day..then add two more then add three until your eating all your meals healthy, trying to replace one unhealthy meal a day with a good nutritionally sound one. Make a list of mini goals and the reasons why you want to be healthy in the first place.
