I am 15 days away from graduating Power 90 and just received my Power90 Master Series in the mail! I am excited to start the next journey and didn't think I was quite ready for P90X -- so rather than be discouraged, I thought the Master series would continue to encourage me.
There is no real plan to the Master series however so thought I would see if anyone has suggestions how they used or are using the Master series.

Ok I have shared this link before. It is a calendar in excel you just put your start date in and it calculates the reset. Here it is http://www.getfitwithgrav.com/2009/12/29/power-90-master-series-printable-calendar/
As Mike said there is no set routine but I am using one of these calendars. Make sure you click on the tabs at the bottom this guy shows four different calendars for different purposes. I am doing the Standard that also uses the FBE. I suggest find a routine you like and as long as you are moving every day it is good. Let us know how you like it, today was my day 41 and so far I like it but some of the workouts are still pretty hard especially Plyo Legs.0
