So I am sure many of you have been through this experience. Some one suggest a cool challenge for the week/month, whatever. Many folks join in, all excited, pick me, pick me. I too want to do this....:) A few days go buy, a week goes by. The number of folks "reporting back" dwindles, first 9, then 5, then 3.. until it is just you. "Hello? Hello? you say as you faithfully report your exercises, weight change, measurement, whatever. No response and soon you realize your are the last survivor:) Soon, as the silence echoes loud you feel like the last of the Mohicans:)
But yet you persist. Why? Because you know you are doing this for you, it is your health, your body and your stubbornness. Of course along the way you hope that your former challenge buddies are doing well in their own endeavours.
What is my point? While support groups are awesome, you shall always be your own best advocate. No one can ever push you/ motivate you as much as you yourself can. Be proud of yourself. LIfe is good.

Yeah my challenges usually start off at about 80-90 people then dwindle to about 50 but thats all good with me - I like to see who stays dedicated! :) xxx
