Feeling more discouraged!

I have been working out since January on a regular basis (at least 4-5 time a week for an hr), then over a month ago started to watch my calories on this site. I have only lost 5lbs and cant seem to get past that amount. Is this normal? I'm I doing something wrong? HELP!

    I would suggest staying away from all fast food :) Eat 6 small meals a day, keep carbs low and lean protein high. Eat only high quality foods.

    Maybe try playing with your food intake. Everyone's body is different. Maybe try cutting out mainly sugar, or cutting back on your carb intake and focus more on lean proteins. In other words, instead of focusing on calories, focus on a different area to find the plan that works best for your body. Hope that helps you! Don't be discouraged, we all hit that plateau. You have just got to figure out what works best for you and go with it :)
