HI I am a mom of 3 beautiful kids, and looking to lose the last 10-15lbs I need to reach my goal. I was 223lbs when I had my last son, who will be two in July and now I am so close to my pre-kids weight. So far I have lost 76lbs and would love to meet other motivated people, to help me stay focus! I'll be 28 in June and I want to drop 10lbs by then. Looking forward to meeting you all!

    Hi, I would love to be a motivational buddy with you! I am looking to lost the 7-10 pounds I have gained since November, andI am getting married in June and so I would like to lost it by then and get back to my normal weight!     My best advice is: a healthy body starts with proper nutrition. Make sure you are eating close to your suggested calories each day. This is especially important when you are trying to lose those last few pounds. If you're not eating right your body is going to have a hard time building muscle and shedding fat.
