The roller coaster of weight loss - NEEDS HELP!

So over the past 4 years or so I've lost 60 pounds...great right?! However I've been at my current weight for close to 2 years. I will get on the bandwagon, lose 10, get stressed and slowly gain the weight back. I'm around 5'7, I used to weigh 260 and would like to be 155. About 5 weeks ago I got down to 194 but with the end of semester (I'm a full time grad student) my weight has crept up to over the weeks and today I weigh 199. I have always floated between 199-208 lbs...I don't want to gain anymore because as we all know, it's hard work to lose that but it's SO EASY to gain it back.
Anyone have any advice that helped push through those first 10 pounds and continue?! I get so disappointed with myself every time I slip and here I am again.
Thanks in advance
