Well this week is not a good week to ask because it's Easter. However, I did pick up some healthy appetizers instead!

I got mini cucumbers to serve with balsamic vinegar and sea salt
    I got a chickpea salad (pre-made)
I got Stacy's Pita Chips and hummus

Because it's all to easy to just serve cheesy rice balls as an app and eat the whole thing plus an Easter dinner!!

Every week my list has: skim milk, plain greek yogurt, organic baby carrots, organic cut broccoli, bananas, eggs, thin seedless rye bread, Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Tortilla Wraps.....the rest of it varies. I've got a taste for shrimp this weekend, so I'll probably add that and see if I can find that Hungry Girl Shrimp and Grits recipe I ran across a few months ago and vowed to try.

Just picked up some stuff for dinner last night:

    - 99% fat free chicken breasts
    - Red and green peppers (1 of each)
    - Limes (2)
    - Cilantro
    - Zucchini (2)
    - Sweet potatoes (2)
    - Wild sockeye salmon (about a pound)
    - Tofu (28 oz)

Made grilled chicken, with lime and cilantro steamed rice, with some sauteed veggies (the peppers and zucchini) last night.

I'll probably make the salmon next. Just add some seasoning and bake it. I'll bake the sweet potatoes as well and serve that as a side with something else. Need to find another side.

As for the tofu. Who the hell knows. It was an impulse buy. I'll have to look up receipes for something to do with it.

More Fage yogurt! Tried it and loooved it. Kinda pricey for cheap old me, tho. :/
Other than yogurt, I might pick up some veggies, chicken breast and ultra lean beef for a few healthy recipes I've been meaning to try out. :D
